About Debbie

Having grown up in St. Petersburg, Debbie has a distinct advantage over other Realtors new to the area, or who have moved here from other parts of the country. It is a knowledge and history that can only be gained by being a "local" and living your whole life in one area.

Debbie is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), has received the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) accreditation and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation. Very few Realtors have all three of these designations. Using these tools and knowledge enables her to serve her buyers and sellers more fully and allow her clients to know without a doubt that they truly are getting the best in the business.

As a full-time real estate professional, Debbie is dedicated to giving her clients the full range of her knowledge and experience. With specialized expertise in relocation and corporate transfer services, Debbie offers buyers and sellers superior service. She provides professional representation in all types of real estate transactions – existing residential, vacant land or new construction - in any price range - in Pinellas, Pasco, & Hillsborough counties and some of Manatee. Her passion shows when she is working with great people helping them find just the right place to call their own. She works hard to match the right people with the right properties.

Debbie is a member of the mega-million dollar club and was 2008 President for the Pinellas Suncoast Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Because of her success as a Professional Buyer Representative and Seller's Agent, Debbie is now also a Buffini and Company Certified Mentor and Trainer, helping other real estate agents.
